The con­fer­ence res­o­lu­tion was adopt­ed by the con­fer­ence par­tic­i­pants by ac­cla­ma­tion.

The res­o­lu­tion with was de­vel­oped in col­lab­o­ra­tion with the Swiss grass­roots think tank foraus, who led the co-de­sign process. Ses­sion con­ven­ers were in­vit­ed to sub­mit rec­om­men­da­tions and ac­tion points through the pol­i­cy kitchen plat­form of foraus. Sub­mis­sions were peer-re­viewed by fel­low con­ven­ers and mem­bers of the steer­ing com­mit­tee. The res­o­lu­tion was then edit­ed, and un­der­went an­oth­er peer-re­view process.
