Each poster is on display for two days, linked to the respective oral session times, either:

  • Monday, 15 and Tuesday, 16 June, or
  • Wednesday, 17 and Thursday, 18 June

Dedicated poster sessions take place at two times, based on the display time, either:

  • Monday, 15  June at 16.30 – 18.00 or
  • Wednesday, 17 June at 13.00 – 14.30

Please consult the online program to check the date and time of your poster; a conference app will become available closer to the date. There are two relevant times, shown in the example screenshot below. The dedicated poster session time (blue circle) and the poster display time (orange circle). There will be no other sessions running during the time of the poster session to ensure that the focus of attention is on the posters. During the poster session you as the poster author are expected to be present at your poster location.

The poster format is A0, portrait format (841 mm wide x 1189 mm high). Larger posters or posters in landscape format cannot be displayed. There is no WBF 2026 template for your poster. Please bring your poster printed, it is not possible to print it in Davos!

All posters will be displayed in the spacious hallways of the Davos Congress centre, they will be grouped by thematic track and session as much as possible. We will publish the exact poster location for each poster on our website closer to the conference, and will also have a physical display near the reception desk. Please ensure that you know your abstract number so that you can find your poster location.

You can hang up your poster on the morning of the first two days that are specified as the display time for your poster. You will receive Power Strips to use for your poster at the reception desk, please do not use nails, pins or other materials.

Posters need to be taken down by the presenter at the end of the two days specified as your poster display time. The poster presenters for the second display slot need to be able to find their poster boards empty when they want to hang up their posters on Wednesday. Posters that have not been removed by 18.00 on the second day of display will be discarded. Please keep in mind that you might want to use your poster again and that taking it with you saves resources and helps us to avoid rubbish.
