Please consult the online program to check the day, time, and room of your presentation. Either search for your name, your abstract number or your session. Due to cancellations, changes might happen at short notice. A conference app will become available closer to the date.

Presentations must be uploaded through the online Copernicus upload system. The link with instructions will become available in a few weeks on our website. Please ensure that your presentation has been uploaded at the latest 24 hours before your session time. Our session room staff will make sure that your presentation is ready to run at the time of your session, provided it has been uploaded on time. It is not possible to use your own computer for your presentation.

You can upload presentation files in the formats file.ppt/pps, file.pptx/ppsx or file.pdf. No other presentation formats are accepted. The aspect ratio is 16:9 by default, 4:3 will also be feasible.

An oral presentation is by default 10min long, with 3min question time and 2min transition time to the next speaker. Each oral therefore has a 15min slot. Some conveners decided to highlight particular talks by allocating a 30min slot (20min presentation, 8min question time, 2min transition time). Please check the online program before preparing your oral to ensure that you know your exact presentation duration.

Please make yourself known to your session convenors and to the session room staff in your session room at the latest in the break preceding the session you are presenting in, and kindly arrive on time for your session.
